Three scholarships are offered for the 2026 LevelUp Program: a four-month career and leadership development program for women charting a path to senior roles in investments or a closely adjacent role.

LevelUp combines profiling, in-person workshops, one-on-one coaching, peer learning, and access to some of Australia's most senior investment industry mentors.

Please outline how the scholarship opportunity and your participation in the LevelUP Program will support your leadership development.

The selection panel is looking for concise (a maximum of 1,000 characters per answer), relevant and informative responses to the questions. In a two or three paragraph response provide a strong ‘business case’ as to why you should receive a scholarship this year. Consider how the experience of participating in the LevelUP Program would assist you in your current role, in meeting your professional and career goals, and/or in achieving specific KPIs. Try to be specific, clear and direct and help the selection panel understand how the scholarship opportunity would be helpful to you.

Your application must also be endorsed by the individual you report to. Please provide their details and upload an email or letter with their endorsement of your application. The endorsement should support your application including why they think that you are worthy of being awarded the scholarship and how the opportunity will support your leadership development.

Please upload a copy of your most recent resume to demonstrate the responsibilities in your current position, experience in the financial services industry and tertiary education (maximum 2 pages).

1. Applications received after the specified deadline will not be considered

2. The decision of the selection panel is final and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into

3. The FEAL | Women in Super LevelUP Scholarships are open to FEAL members, who are also members of Women in Super, only

4. Applicants must be employed with their fund at the time of the Scholarship

5. Successful applicants may be called upon to deliver a report to FEAL, Women in Super and/or Future IM/Pact

6. FEAL Directors are not eligible to apply

7. The Scholarship covers the cost of the LevelUP Program but does not include the cost of any associated travel and accommodation
