  • 1. Owner Contact & Visits

To maintain consistency and maximize training success, owner visits, unscheduled drop-ins, excessive texting, calling, or contact with the dog during the program are not permitted.

Excessive owner interaction may interfere with the dog’s adjustment, focus, emotional stability, and training progress, and may result in your pet being removed from the program.

  • 2. Communication & Updates

Training updates are provided only through social media progress posts.

Clients must provide their social media handle(s) in order to be tagged in training updates and progress posts.

Trainer posts progress content at least once per week; however, the number of photos, videos, or appearances in posts may vary depending on the dog’s training progress and schedule.

Daily updates, daily videos, texting updates, phone check-ins, or continuous communication are not included unless agreed to in writing.

Excessive communication or requests for additional updates may delay response times, interfere with training operations, and result in your pet being removed from the program.
