The Western Heritage Days Celebration will be held this year on Saturday ONLY
August 15, 2026.
Thank you for applying to be a Vendor at the Bristow Western Heritage Days. Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements. In order to ensure public and vendor safety, you will be held to these standards.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Location: Bristow Main Street, Bristow, OK, 74010.
- Check-in Time: 8:00 AM at 9th and Main.
- Set-up Time: 7:00 am to 9:00 am. (ALL vehicles MUST be off the street and clear of the two center lanes by 9:00 AM)
- Festival Hours: 9:00 AM To 2:00 PM
- The parade will come down the middle of Main Street at 10 AM.
- You must remain open from 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
- Electricity: None Provided. You can supply your own generator if needed.
- Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.
- ALL BOOTH SPACE OUTSIDE. Plan accordingly for the weather!
DEADLINE- Your completed application and payment must be received by AUGUST 1ST, 2026. Space is limited, so get your application in early!

Food Vendor- $135.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a space for food vendors without electricity. NO ELECTRIC will be provided. Food Vendors sell meals. Food Vendors may also sell drinks, and Drink Vendors may sell snack items. As an example, if you are selling hot dogs and chips, you are a Food Vendor, even if you also sell bottled soda.

Drinks Vendor- $70.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a booth for drink vendors only. NO ELECTRIC will be provided. Drinks Vendors sell slushies, bottled drinks, etc. You can also sell small snacks (not meals) as a drink vendor, but food cannot be the primary sales of your booth.

Retail Sales Vendor- $70.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a booth that will be selling any products or services other than food or beverages. NO ELECTRIC will be provided.

Political Organization- $140.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a booth for any political organization or candidate. NO ELECTRIC will be provided.

Promotional Vendor- $125.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a booth specifically to promote an event or organization. No sales will be made. NO ELECTRIC will be provided.

Non-Profit Vendor- $50.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a booth specifically for non-profit organizations. NO ELECTRIC will be provided.

Activities Vendor- $175.00 (Non-refundable)
This is a space for a vendor who has an activity-i.e., horseback rides, petting zoo, mechanical bull--where you will charge an amount per ride/per child/per activity. PLEASE LIST ELECTRIC NEEDS IN SPECIAL REQUESTS. It is very important that you let us know what electric outlets you need.

RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;
- All self-contained vehicles (Trailers, self-contained trucks, etc.) must be listed on your applications. Total length and width must be shown on your application. This must include the tongue length of a trailer if the tongue is not removable. (i.e., a 22’ trailer with a 3’ tongue is really 25’). Our booths are 10 x 10’; therefore, you will need to purchase booth space(s) to cover the length of your trailer.
- Trailers MUST be in your space and parked no later than 8:30 AM. If you arrive after that time, it will be at our discretion to allow you entry or to assign you another space, so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.
- Please note that various spots along the event route may be on slightly uneven terrain. Street grates, dips, and uneven ground may be present, so please bring any items you may need to stabilize or level your space.
- SALES TAX and FOOD PERMITS REQUIRED. You must display this information at your booth and submit your taxes to the state.
- NOTICE on FREE ITEMS: You cannot give away items that other vendors are selling. This includes water, hot dogs, etc. Logo promo items, brochures, and hand fans are encouraged!
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
No: Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and other smoking paraphernalia. Weapons, Guns, Ammo. No Pets. No drug-related items. If it is illegal in Oklahoma, it is illegal at our festival.
PLEASE NOTE:
- To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email and/or text.
- No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain-or-shine event.
- No post-dated checks.
- Spaces are limited. Get your application in EARLY!
- Spot will not be guaranteed unless payment is received.
- We will attempt to accommodate location requests; however, we cannot guarantee this.
- Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS (please forgive us, we are sorry we have to do this, but as it has happened before, we have to address it now).
- ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners (including language) to all guests, other vendors, and event staff. Failure to do so will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the site with no refund!
- Please remember, you must leave your space as you found it. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers, etc., away with you. Medium & small refuse can be put in the provided garbage containers. If you leave your garbage behind, it will be noted, and you will be barred from any future events.
