Additional Information ( What is your purpose for obtaining Colorado Live Media Credentials? How do you intend to use the the photos, videos, scouting content from the event? )
I acknowledge and agree that being granted Media Credentials for Colorado Live (which includes additional access, supplies and use of hospitality room) my obligation is to provide comprehensive coverage which includes marketing and promotion of Colorado Live Events.
A significant part of the consideration process for your Media Credentials approval is how the content will be used. Please provide in as much detail as possible what you intend to provide as content, promotion and coverage of event (e.g Live Tweets, photos, video, interviews, highlights or recaps etc) & whether per day/per event (proposed deliverables).
Colorado Live Media Director and Team will review all applications; review proposed use of content; quantity of deliverables; and a member of the media team will respond to your application by Monday June 15.

MEDIA CREDENTIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting a media credential for the Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase, you
("Bearer") agree to the following:

GENERAL RULES
• You must be on official assignment for a media outlet, or a team.
• Each person must submit their own application. Credentials are NOT transferable.
• You must wear your credential at all times and follow all event rules and staff
instructions.
• Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase may revoke credentials at any time for any reason.

MEDIA GUIDELINES
• Live video/audio streaming is NOT allowed unless approved in writing by Colorado Live Scholastic
Showcase
• Real-time play-by-play updates or live stats are NOT permitted. You may post score updates and short
summaries.
• Blogging is allowed, but cannot include continuous, detailed play-by-play.
• All content (photos, videos, stories) must be used for news or editorial purposes only—not for
commercial use. All content must include the Colorado Live logo
• Do NOT post a picture of your credential online or on social media.

PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE
• You can take photos for editorial use only.
• You may not sell or license photos or videos to third parties.
• Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase may request copies of your published photos for promotional or
archival purposes.

REQUIRED TAGS & COLLABORATIONS:

TEAM PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS
• Each team may have one photo/videographer in approved areas.
• Footage must be used for internal or non-commercial purposes only.
• All content must include the Colorado Live logo
• All content must Tag & Invite Colorado Live to collaborate on:

LIABILITY & RIGHTS
• You enter at your own risk. Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase is not responsible for any injuries or
lost items.
• You agree to follow all copyright, trademark, and media usage laws.
• Colorado Live Scholastic Showcase owns all rights to the event's branding, logos, and broadcast rights.
Violation of any of these rules may result in removal from the venue and loss of credential.
