    Use this guide to estimate most embroidery orders. Prices are per item, per single embroidery placement.

    Decoration prices exclude garment costs. CleHouseofThreads-sourced garments are quoted separately. Quantity discounts apply only to the same approved embroidery design, placement, and comparable production specifications; mixed designs or garments are quoted individually. Left chest: maximum 4 × 4 inches and up to 8,000 stitches. Large embroidery: maximum 10 × 10 inches and up to 20,000 stitches. Hats use standard flat embroidery up to 8,000 stitches, with final dimensions dependent on hat style and the actual hoop/sewing field. Unusual or difficult textiles/designs may require a custom quote.

    A $20 minimum applies to the total embroidery decoration charge per order, so a standalone $15 left-chest logo still carries a $20 embroidery minimum, exclusive of digitizing and garment costs. Remaining balance is due before customer pickup or shipping. Shipping is quoted separately. Estimated turnaround is 7–10 business days after design approval, deposit, and receipt of required garments/materials.

  • New embroidery logos usually require a one-time $40 digitizing fee. Minor edits to an approved logo are complimentary; substantial new designs, redesigns, or resizing are quoted individually, and repeat digitizing is not charged for an unchanged logo. This prepares your logo for embroidery and includes a sew-out test.
