• CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS

    The Wellness Nutrition Co

  • All services provided by The Wellness Nutrition Co are educational and wellness-based in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

  • All payments are required upfront and in full prior to commencement of services..

  • Due to the personalised nature of services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Prices, inclusions, packages, and service structures are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Prices are as advertised on both my website and social media. If you would like a list of my current prices a request can be made in writing.

  • Consult cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee.

  • No future consults or bookings will be accepted until outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.

  • Failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment.

  • Client communication is conducted through WhatsApp only.

  • Standard client support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST).

  • Messages sent outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be responded to during the next available business period.

  • WhatsApp support is intended for accountability, guidance, and general support only and is not an emergency service.

  • Individual results will vary between clients depending on adherence, lifestyle factors, medical conditions, consistency, and personal circumstances.

  • The Wellness Nutrition Co and Teighan Gerhard make no guarantees regarding specific weight loss amounts, body composition changes, health outcomes, or timelines.

  • Clients acknowledge that all recommendations are implemented voluntarily and at their own discretion.

  • Clients are responsible for consulting their GP, specialist, or healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, injuries, allergies, or concerns prior to implementing nutritional changes.

  • Clients agree to provide accurate and honest health, lifestyle, and medical information to allow appropriate recommendations to be made.

  • The Wellness Nutrition Co reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or outside scope of practice.

  • All client information, forms, health details, and communication remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

  • Meal plans, audits, guides, resources, recipes, templates, educational materials, and documents remain the intellectual property of The Wellness Nutrition Co.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, copy, screenshot for redistribution, or modify any materials provided without written permission.

  • Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or resale of intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

  • Outstanding overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency or legal recovery service if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

  • By engaging services with The Wellness Nutrition Co, the client agrees they will be fully liable for any and all costs associated with debt recovery, including but not limited to collection fees, administrative fees, legal fees, court costs, and recovery charges incurred in the process of collecting outstanding monies owed.

  • The Wellness Nutrition Co is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, medical complications, food intolerances, adverse outcomes, or damages resulting from implementation of recommendations.

  • Clients acknowledge that nutrition coaching and wellness support do not replace medical treatment, psychological care, or advice from licensed healthcare professionals.

  • Any meal plans, calorie targets, or nutrition recommendations provided are estimates only and may require adjustment over time based on client progress, adherence, medical changes, or lifestyle factors.

  • Clients are responsible for informing The Wellness Nutrition Co of any changes to medications, diagnoses, pregnancy status, injuries, or health conditions during services.

  • Abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, excessive contact outside business hours, or inappropriate conduct towards The Wellness Nutrition Co may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  • By purchasing or engaging in services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
