Payment for services, training, or activities must be made in advance before the student or participant is officially registered or allowed to attend classes. This policy ensures the participant's commitment and helps the organization manage resources effectively.

I understand and agree that all fees are non-refundable, with the exception of medical cases with full valid documentation from medical professionals to be presented to the school.

I will allow pictures of my child’s training sessions to be posted on the NTU-Tigers social media page.

I understand and acknowledge that expressing grievances openly on NTU chat threads, social media platforms, or with other parents is not the most appropriate way to address any concerns I may have regarding my child’s Taekwondo coach or the NTU Tigers. Instead, I commit to raising my suggestions or concerns privately and directly with the school before or after class. Rest assured, NTU Tigers is committed to continuously improving its services and welcomes immediate and constructive feedback to ensure the best possible experience.

ASSUMPTION AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ALL RISKS

Participant understands that there is a high risk of personal injury involved in the said course of instruction and with this knowledge agrees to indemnify and save harmless NTU-Tigers HQ. Fully understands that Taekwondo is a high contact activity with a high degree of injury possible and hereby state that the participant is in excellent physical and mental condition and will assume all liability.

WAIVER

The enrollee agrees to participate in the taekwondo class and other programs and fully agrees to the rules and regulations of NTU-Tigers HQ.

Enrollees do hereby release their agents, instructors, students, staff, representatives, employees, volunteers, guests, invitees, and all related parties from any liability. In order to participate in the Martial Arts Taekwondo activity, enrollee holds NTU-Tigers HQ, instructors, employees, agents, staff, representatives, volunteers, students, guests, invitees, and all related parties harmless and waive any right to make claims or lawsuits against NTU-Tigers HQ from all responsibilities of injuries or damages of any nature.

In the event enrollee becomes ill or sustains an injury while in the care or under the supervision of the taekwondo program of NTU-Tigers HQ, its employees, instructors, staff, representatives, volunteers are given the permission to administer first aid for his/her relief. In case of emergency, permission is given to take enrollees to the nearest appropriate emergency/clinic facility.

NTU-Tigers HQ has the right to remove any participant from the program. This is for the safety and well-being of students and staff.
