Painting Party Event Registration

THURSDAY JUNE 18TH 6:00-7:30PM. Paint Your Pet Painting Party: All ages welcome! Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Beginner friendly step-by-step instructions are provided by experienced professional artist, Tammy Grubbs. Create a custom portrait of your pet (or any pet or animal) and take your masterpiece home with you. Please email an image of your pet/animal to info@ElevateDanceCenterMN.com no later than 11:59pm on Thursday June 11th. This will allow the artist to create a pre-sketched canvas of your pet/animal for you to paint on. You paint, we guide!

Tickets for this event is $40 and include instruction, the painting materials, and light refreshments. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local family in the process of adopting two siblings.

This event is non-refundable. If for some reason this event were to be cancelled, participants would be eligible for a full refund. Even though we LOVE pets, we are not able to accommodate live pets at this event. On behalf of myself, my children, and anyone else for whom I am responsible, I hereby agree to release and discharge from liability Elevate Dance Center and Arty Party and any of its releasees. The undersigned authorizes Elevate Dance Center and Arty Party to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention including the service of a rescue squad and/or emergency room. I hereby grant and authorize Elevate Dance Center and Arty Party and its owners, directors, officers employees, agents, volunteers, participants, and all other persons or entities acting for them the right to edit, alter, copy, and make use of any photos and or videos taken of me to be used for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes but is not limited to publishing on Internet and emails, magazines, pamphlets, advertisement fliers, social media platforms, and in whatever other manner found useful or for any other lawful purpose. I hereby release rights to all claims, demands, and causes to action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I expressly accept and assume all risks involved with participation in this activity and I agree to release Elevate Dance Center and its releasees from all claims, demands, damage action, exposures to Covid-19 or other communicable diseases, or injuries, whether any injury or damage be known now or in the future, whether anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use or intended use of the facilities, equipment and services.
