Terms and Conditions:

By filling out this form, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

1. All products are illustrated and designed by saltedcaramelpops (referred to as the artist) and manufactured in Indonesia in small batches.
2. The artist retains all copyright of the original art used in the merch production.
3. Resell, reproduce, and/or revamp of any products (including if any) in any form is strictly prohibited.
4. Feeding any parts of my artwork/creation to any generative AI/machine learning is strictly prohibited.
   
   

Pre-Order and Production Estimated Timeline:

Every items are produced locally in small batches, so it would take approximately 3-4 working weeks after pre-order closed to finish, especially leather & denim products. If you think you can't wait that long and/or the timeframe doesn't suit you, I suggest not joining this pre-order and just wait for ready stocks at offline events (which is uncertain). These are the estimated timeframe for the whole pre-order period:

• Pre-Order: 25 May - 7 June 2026
• Production: 10 June - 20 July 2026
• QC and packing: 25 - 30 July 2026
• International shipping invoice will be sent out starting 30 July 2026

Shipment

Additional invoice for international shipping fee will be emailed as soon as production is finished. Products will be sipped from Indonesia, at the earliest of the third week of July 2026 to the last week of July 2026.

Payment Terms

1. After filling out this form, you are required to pay the amount of your items upfront, full price. This form will automatically calculate the price of item(s) you select, along with additional PayPal fee that's not covered on the item price. Please fill out this form carefully and only check out the item(s) you are willing to pay for.
2. Additional invoice for international shipping fee will be emailed as soon as production is finished.
3. You will receive a copy of the form for your reference as a receipt for your order. All purchase(s) are non-refundable.
