• Volunteer Application Form

    PDD 2027 -- We are looking for 30-40 volunteers to help make this conference amazing for everyone attending! Volunteers will be assigned to work 12 hours and can attend sessions when they are not working. Volunteer may be assigned to photo walks, the information table, studio setups or other events at the conference. The 2027 conference runs through Saturday, February 13 to Monday evening, February 15. We also have pre- and post- conference volunteer opportunities. If selected to volunteer, you will be required to complete a criminal background check as a condition of volunteering.

  • Opportunities

    At Pas De Deux Photo 2027, every volunteer will be placed into a specific category of jobs. Studio Set up Volunteers will be responsible for monitoring the studio setups, checking in photographers and dancers, making sure photographers vacate their set up when their time is done, as well as tracking triggers and potentially help dealing with technical issues. Speaker assistants will be assigned a speaker whom they will attend of all their classes and photo walks to serve as a point of contact with the Pas De Deux Photo staff, carry equipment, help troubleshoot any problems, and generally help the speaker lead their classes. Hospitality volunteers will help at the info desk, as well as take on some duties helping prep in the days before the conference.
