Vendor Booth Agreement
By submitting this vendor registration form, I understand and agree to the following:
Booth Space
Vendor booth space is assigned by event organizers. Booth location requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Setup and Tear Down
Vendors must set up during the approved setup window and remain set up for the full event unless otherwise approved by event organizers. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space before leaving.
Booth Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, displays, extension cords, weights, signage, and any other booth materials unless otherwise stated.
Canopy/Tent Safety
Any canopy or tent must be properly secured with weights. Stakes may not be allowed depending on the venue. Unsafe setups may be required to be adjusted or removed.
Permits, Licenses, and Sales Tax
Vendors are responsible for any permits, licenses, insurance, food handling requirements, or sales tax collection required for their business or products.
Prohibited Items
Event organizers reserve the right to prohibit items that are unsafe, inappropriate, illegal, counterfeit, offensive, or inconsistent with the event’s mission.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their booth, products, equipment, staff, and any injury, loss, damage, or claim related to their participation.
Weather and Event Changes
This event may be affected by weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside the organizers’ control. Vendor fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
Photography and Promotion
Vendors understand that photos or video may be taken during the event and may be used for event promotion, social media, marketing, or future fundraising efforts.
Organizer Authority
Vendors agree to follow all instructions from event organizers, venue staff, city officials, and safety personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
