South African Baseball Coach / HOD Acceptance Form

I hereby accept the position of Coach / HOD for the 2026 season and acknowledge that I have read, understood, accepted and signed the South African Baseball Union Code of Conduct.

I further agree to fully support South African Baseball with a dedicated focus towards the position to which I have been appointed. I will endeavour to protect the reputation and integrity of South African Baseball and pledge to raise any concerns directly with South African Baseball structures first.

I understand that I must first approach South African Baseball before arranging or engaging in any third-party activities relating to the national programme, including media engagements, fundraising initiatives, sponsorship discussions or public promotional activities.

I understand that the function of a Coach may not overlap with the function of the HOD, and likewise that the role of the HOD may not overlap with the function of the Coach, unless specifically authorised by South African Baseball.

I hereby acknowledge that I have completed the South African Baseball Safeguarding Awareness Certificate and further declare that I have no criminal record or pending criminal matters against me.
