Liability Agreement
If the Dog causes property damage or injury to any person, dog, or animal
(including, but not limited to, Trainer or Trainer's agents), the Client assumes full
financial responsibility. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trainer and agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, or costs, including attorney fees.
Should the Dog be injured during or after the training period (e.g., due to a fight or
incident), the Client accepts full responsibility for all resulting consequences. The
Trainer is not liable for injuries, losses, or expenses arising from such events.
The Trainer reserves the right to terminate services at their sole discretion if:
1. The Dog is deemed dangerous or vicious to the Trainer, others, or
animals, or interferes with the training of other dogs
2. The Client breaches any part of this agreement.
3. If terminated under these conditions, all other terms of this agreement
will remain in full effect.
Full Agreement
This Agreement:
1. Binds the Client and their immediate family (spouse and children)
2. Supersedes all prior verbal or written discussions or representations
3. Reflects the complete understanding between the Client and Trainer
regarding the training services.
The Trainer does not guarantee that:
1. The Dog will not bite or exhibit dangerous behavior
2. Behavioral issues will be permanently resolved
3. Training results will last for any specified amount of time.
Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent Release
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that:
- I am voluntarily enrolling myself and my dog in training classes, private consultations, workshops, or related activities ("Classes") provided by Hardline K9.
- I understand that working with animals, especially those with behavioral issues, carries inherent risks of injury to myself, my dog, my family, or others.
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions and inspect training facilities to my satisfaction.
I voluntarily accept all risks involved, including but not limited to:
- Injuries to myself, family members, or others
- Injury or behavior caused by my dog
- Exposure to saliva, water, debris, or other substances in training areas
As lawful consideration for participation, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns ("Releasing Party"), waive, release, and discharge Hardline K9, its owners, agents, and employees ("Released Party") from all liability related to injury, damage, or loss, even if caused by negligence.
I agree to defend and indemnify the Released Party from all such claims and associated costs, including legal fees.
If any portion of this waiver is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
Media Release
I authorize Hardline K9 and Terrey Randolph to photograph and/or record my dog for educational or promotional use in any medium. I release them from liability for claims related to libel, slander, or invasion of privacy arising from such use.
