  • Would you like all organic meat whenever possible? This request is an additional $25 with the Half-Petite Service, $50 with the Petite Service, $75 with the Standard Service. The specifics are detailed below.
  • Services

  • All of the services can be customized so please let me know if you would like to add meals onto any of the services described below.

    • Half Petite: 3 meals, 2 servings each (weekly, bi-weekly or as needed). You can add a meal onto this service at any time! If you feel that 4 meals would suit your needs, just let me know!

     

    • Petite:
      • Option A: 3 meals, 4 servings each (weekly, bi-weekly or as needed).
      • Option B: 5 meals, 2 serving each (weekly, bi-weekly or as needed).

     

    • Standard: 5 meals, 4 servings each. This package can be a weekly service and in that case only can be divided into 2 separate deliveries (for example, you can have a Monday and Thursday delivery so you have fresh meals for the weekend). Otherwise it is available as a bi-weekly, monthly or as needed service.

  • How many meals would you like fresh, that you will enjoy within the first four days of delivery and that you do not intend to freeze? (All of your meals will be delivered fresh. This answer helps me to include items that are best enjoyed without freezing).
  • Muffins & Egg Cups

    You will be offered our weekly egg bites and muffins along with each menu. Muffins are $28 per dozen and egg cups are $34 per dozen. They can be ordered in groups of 6 (6, 12, 18 etc). The muffins will be gluten free some weeks! You can just let me know in your reply to your suggested menu email if you would like to order them!

  • Bunless Burgers

  • We typically do not send burger with buns. We like to choose burgers that have enough exciting flavours that you can go bunless without missing a thing!

  • Special Note for Deliveries:

  • We take every step possible to ensure that your meals arrive to your home with love and care. Once your cooler has been delivered to your door we cannot take responsibility for what happens after it is left. If you choose to have a porch delivery (meaning you are not personally accepting the cooler from our delivery person) and your cooler goes missing or gets enjoyed by a neighboring puppy dog I will not and cannot assume responsibility. The delivery person will take a photo of your delivered coolers upon delivery.

    I highly urge you to consider sharing a garage code or door code if you know that you will not be home or suggest a spot that is not within view so that your cooler remains safe with all of your amazing meals.

    If this is a one time service, your meals will be left in paper bags. Please ensure that you are either home to accept your delivery or put a cooler out for us to place the bags into.

  • Containers

  • You are welcome to send your washed, plastic containers back with your delivery driver on your next service so that we can reuse them for you. Once you have a small pile of them, you can stack them and hand them off to the delivery driver in a bag with your name on it or written on a piece of paper inside.
  • Coolers and Ice packs (for recurring services)

  • You will pay a one time $20 fee for your cooler and ice pack rental on your first service. Coolers and ice packs are to be returned with the delivery driver at your next service.

    Please do not throw out or keep the ice packs for your personal use. They must be returned. If you do not return your cooler and ice pack each week, you may be charged a non-refundable fee of $10 per ice pack and $15 per cooler.

    With that being said, I understand that sometimes you will forget. If this is the case, just send me a message to let me know that you have it and we'll pick it up the next week!

    At the closing of your services your last order will come in a paper bag and you can send your last cooler/ice pack back with the delivery person.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 18 days in advance (please). If less than eighteen but more than 7 days is given the fee is $100 + HST. If less than 7 days notice is given, the fee is $200 + HST. If less than 4 days notice is given, the full fee will be due and I would recommend that we either freeze what can be frozen and deliver to you on a different date or that you gift your meals to a loved one.
  • Please also note that cancellations for approved services during the first 2 weeks of January must be made by December 15th or the cancellation fee will be $200.
  • Additional Charge

  • Higher end cuts of meat such as beef tenderloin for example, will have an increased cost per portion.

    If you require gluten free meals, this is an additional $7 per service for the half petite, $8 for the petite and $10 for the standard service.

  • Organic Upgrade

  • The organic upgrade pertains to meat that is available, some vegetables that are available, fruits that are available and some grocery items (broth, eggs, quinoa etc for example).
  • If I cannot find organic I will do my best to source hormone and antibiotic free meat (such as the Free From brand). As a last resort I will purchase regular meat from the grocery store.
  • I will seek out organic fruits and vegetables in particular, apples, berries, peppers, celery and carrots, based upon availability. All other vegetables that are not available organic from the grocery store, will not be organic.

  • Chicken, Salmon and Ground Beef are almost always available organic. Steak (flank, striploin and sirloin are sometimes available as the Free From brand but will otherwise be the regular option from the grocery store). Shrimp, ground turkey, and beef blade roasts will not be organic.

  • The pricing of the organic upgrade takes all of this into consideration.
  • If you choose the organic upgrade, your labels will be marked as "Organic". This is to indicate that you have the organic upgrade (this also helps us makes sure the correct items are added to our grocery list). It is not to indicate that every item in the recipe is organic.
