    • Early Bird discount is only applicable to vendors participating in the 5/22–5/24 event dates

    • The organizer reserves the right to adjust the event layout, booth assignments, and vendor placement as necessary for operational or event-related purposes.

    • Incomplete applications or missing required materials may not be considered.

      All vendor applications will undergo a review process based on product quality, presentation, originality, operational readiness, and overall compatibility with the event concept.

      Vendor space is limited and carefully curated to maintain a diverse and balanced lineup across all categories.

      Selected vendors will be notified via email with confirmation details, booth fee information, and next steps.
