• SMUSMUN 2026 Flex Staff Application

  • Dear Prospective Flex Staff Member,
     
    Thank you for your interest in joining the SMUSMUN 2026 staff team. Now in our sixth iteration, we are aiming to put together the largest conference to date with another record number of delegates attending along with more committees than ever. In order to accomplish this, we are looking for dedicated flex and media staff  members to assist committee staff in running committees and making this conference a success.  
     
    Applying staff members must be located on the lower Vancouver Island and preferably having your school attending the conference. You will not be barred from staffing at SMUSMUN if your school is not attending, but it requires more paperwork and honestly, we love having more delegates. We have yet to open School registration but please talk to your teacher sponsors and clubs to get SMUSMUN on their radar for next year. 
     
    SMUSMUN 2026 will take place in late November, date to be confirmed and leading up to the conference we expect your attendance at staff training, and strict adherence to deadlines. Joining the SMUSMUN 2026 staff team requires time committment and a willingness to be flexible.
