  • Sussex- Princess Louise Park- Indoor Arena 

    Entry Deadline:

    To avoid a late fee you must enter by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, June 16th.

    A $50 late fee applies to all entries and payments sent after that time.

    Late entries will be accepted until 10:00 AM Friday, June 19th.

    All changes for both days must be completed by 9:00 PM Friday. There will a $10 admin fee per change.

    There will be combined draws for:

    NBHA Senior, Youth, and Teen Barrels

    Green as Grass and Novice Barrels

    Open and Green as Grass Poles

    All classes will be placed separately.

    Side pots

    A side pot is an additional opportunity to enter and win money without running your horse. Riders can choose to pay an extra fee to enter a side pot and the time they get in the open class will be used for the side pot (the Buckle Series side pot will use your time from the Buckle Series).  

    The only pointed side pot will be Over 19/ Under 49.

    Side pots are always optional. You may enter all that you qualify for.

    Over 19/ Under 49- Must meet age requirement and entered in Open

    Buckle Series side pot- Must have entered Buckle Series

    Helmet side pot- Must compete in a Helmet and entered in Open

    AQHA- Horse must be registered with AQHA and entered in Open

    APHA- Horse must be registered with APHA and entered in Open

     

  • Friday - Time-Onlys (formerly exhibitions) Begin at 5:30 P.M.

    Race Begins at 8:30 A.M. - Saturday and Sunday

  • Time-Onlys (formerly exhibitions)

    60 seconds with Barrels set (5:30pm- 7:25pm) / 90 seconds with Poles set (7:30pm- 8:30pm). The number of runs available will be limited to fit these time allotments. Approximately 20 per half hour will be booked for barrels and 30 per hour for poles. If time allows more can be purchased at the gate.

  • You may use that time as you choose (you do not have to do the pattern). Barrels and Poles will not be reset during your time. It is the riders responsibility to exit the arena BEFORE their time is up.

    There will be a running order. Please indicate your prefered time slot. If you do not select a time slot you will be placed in an available one when the running order is made.

    Include the Rider/Horse names in the e-transfer message to facilitate proper payment tracking.
