SECTION 10 — PARENT / GUARDIAN CONSENTS

I give The Game Plan Scholar Athlete Edition and Beyond the Ball Inc permission to feature my child's name, likeness, photograph, story, quotes, and academic and athletic information in The Game Plan planner, on Beyond the Ball social media platforms, in newsletters, and in related marketing and promotional materials.
I understand and agree that this permission is granted at no monetary exchange. My child will not receive financial compensation of any kind for their participation, feature, or appearance in any Game Plan or Beyond the Ball materials.
I give permission for photos and video content featuring my child including Hype Reel of the Week videos and interview footage to be published on Beyond the Ball and The Game Plan digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the Beyond the Ball website.
I give permission for my child and our family to participate in a 60-minute recorded interview via Zoom or in-person conducted by The Game Plan team. I understand that footage from this interview may be edited and published across The Game Plan and Beyond the Ball platforms.
