Wing Thing 2026 — Vendor & Food Vendor Application
Apply to participate as a vendor, food vendor, or business at the 1st Annual Powered Paraglider Fly-In, June 11–14, 2026, Jack Barstow Airport, Midland, MI. Vendor space is currently limited to paramotor, powered paragliding, aviation-related vendors, and approved food vendors. General business promotion booths are not being accepted at this time.
Vendor Pricing
All vendor spots must be approved before setup. Submitting this application does not guarantee approval or booth space. Approved vendors will be contacted with setup details, arrival instructions, payment information, and parking instructions.
Standard Vendor Booth — $75
Includes one standard 10x10 booth space for merchandise, gear, aviation-related businesses, information booths, or general vendor setup.
Large Vendor / Dealer Display — $150
For larger booth spaces, paramotor dealers, gear suppliers, schools, trailer displays, vehicle displays, equipment displays, or setups larger than 10x10.
Food Vendor / Food Truck — $150
For food trucks, food booths, drink vendors, or food service setups. Food vendors are responsible for all required permits, licensing, insurance, health department requirements, power, water, and self-contained setup unless otherwise approved.
Nonprofit / Community / Aviation Safety Organization
Free or reduced fee with approval For approved nonprofit, community, aviation safety, or educational organizations.
