Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By registering for and participating in a ProEdgeMBB Open Run, I acknowledge that basketball activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and certify that I am physically able to participate in basketball-related activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless ProEdgeMBB, Priority 1 Athletics, The King’s Academy, their owners, directors, coaches, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation in the Open Run.

I have read and agree to the Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk and understand that ProEdgeMBB, Priority 1 Athletics, and The King’s Academy are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.
