Declaration by the Applicant: I, the undersigned, hereby declare that if elected to membership of the Chamber, I will be governed by the Constitution and by-laws of the Chamber of Engineering Technology now in force or as they may hereafter be amended and I will advance, as far as shall be in my power, the mission of the Chamber and that I will at times adhere to the code of professional conduct laid down in the Constitution and abide by the Code of Conduct of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). I also declare that the statement made by me in this application form is true and correct.
