    The Prince George Horse Society may request additional information before deciding whether further review is required. Information submitted may be shared with appropriate board members, staff, advisors, insurers, legal counsel, investigators, municipal representatives, or other relevant parties as necessary to review and respond to the matter.

    Confidentiality will be respected where reasonably possible, but cannot be guaranteed if disclosure is required by law, policy, safety concerns, procedural fairness, insurance requirements, or the need to properly review the complaint.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith submissions may be dismissed and may be subject to investigation and disciplinary action.

The Prince George Horse Society may contact your parent or legal guardian, where appropriate, to verify information, support you during the complaint process, facilitate communication and help ensure a fair review. If your complaint involves a person under 19 years of age who is not your child or legal dependent, you acknowledge that the Prince George Horse Society may notify and communicate with the youth's parent or legal guardian, where appropriate, to support the youth, verify information, facilitate communication, and ensure a fair and appropriate complaint process.
