Moke Club Membership & Rental Agreement Form

We’re excited to offer this exclusive membership opportunity to our local community — designed for those who want a simple, affordable, and hassle-free way to enjoy the Moke lifestyle year-round. Club Membership includes discounted daily rental rates of just One Hundred Dollars per day, complimentary delivery within the Dana Point area, and an ownership-style experience without the responsibilities of ownership. To ensure availability and maintain a high-quality experience, memberships are intentionally limited. Reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with up to two booking slots available daily and booking access up to three months in advance. Your membership fee includes onboarding, account setup, initiation, security deposits, insurance coverage, local delivery, and access to exclusive member pricing and promotions. Instead of dealing with ownership, maintenance, storage, insurance, and upkeep, members can simply reserve, ride, and enjoy. Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. All the fun, cruise in style all summer long.

Eligibility Requirements- Members and drivers must be at least 25 years old. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required. Proof of automobile liability insurance may be required. Only authorized drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances is strictly prohibited. Vehicles are intended for leisure and sightseeing purposes only. The following activities are prohibited: Off-roading, Racing or reckless driving, Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle, Unauthorized commercial use, Illegal activity of any kind. Vehicles may only be operated within approved South Orange County areas, including: Dana Point, San Clemente, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times. Reservations are subject to availability. Members may reserve bookings up to three months in advance. Complimentary delivery is available within Dana Point and select local resorts, including: Waldorf Astoria, Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Cliffs Marriott. The renter must be present at the agreed pickup and drop-off location. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced rental time. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes without communication may be considered a no-show. Members agree to: Return the vehicle in reasonable condition, Follow charging instructions, Report accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately. Follow all traffic laws and local regulations, Return the vehicle on time unless otherwise approved. Additional charges may apply for: Late returns, Excessive cleaning, Charging deficiencies, Unauthorized use, Damage caused by negligence or misuse, tolls, tickets, or parking violations. Member authorizes the company to hold and/or charge a daily security deposit for damages, violations, fees, tolls, citations, excessive cleaning, or contractual breaches in accordance with company policies. Members understand: Mokes are low-speed electric vehicles and do not contain airbags. Seatbelt use is essential for safety. Vehicle range may vary depending on terrain and driving conditions. Although advertised for up to 40 miles of range, realistic operational range is approximately 25–30 miles in hilly coastal areas. Members are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and without impeding normal traffic flow. The renter assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, misuse, or loss occurring during the rental period. Moke Rental Dana Point is not liable for injury, loss, accidents, or damages arising from use of the vehicle. Weather PolicyRentals operate rain or shine. In cases of unsafe or extreme weather conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule reservations. Cancellation Policy 100% refund for cancellations made 48+ hours before reservation, 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before reservation, No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
