    Exhibitor Information

  • Artists and Photographers

  • Your exhibit space will be limited to 12ft wide by 4ft deep. You may add a 6ft table or two 6ft tables, if you wish. Please note that two 6ft tables will have to be arranged in an "L" shape to fit the 12ft space and allow room to access your space. If you prefer a smaller table you may bring one card table OR one 4ft table for your space. Cost per space is $225 and 6ft tables are an additional $10 each.
  • If you only need a "single" space, the backdrop must be freestanding and no more than 8ft wide with no more than 4ft extending out from each end. This option is $210 with a 6ft table adding an additional $10 or you may bring one card table or one 4ft table.
  • If you need assistance bringing in your panels there will be firemen available to help you on Friday and again on Sunday for removal.

  • Carvers

  • For carvers who do not use a backdrop, you may reserve one or two 6ft tables.
  • If you use a backdrop behind your exhibit, you will need to provide your own. It must fit behind your space (up to 6ft for one table or up to 12ft for two tables) and be freestanding. Please mark on the registration form whether you will or will not be bringing a backdrop as it affects exhibit is placed. If neither option is marked we will assume you will not be bringing a backdrop.

  • All Exhibitors

  • Nothing may be nailed, screwed or attached to the walls of the building. Exhibits must fit in your space and not intrude on the aisles or in any way block neighboring exhibitors.

  • Preview Night

    Friday evening after setup from 6:00pm to 8:30pm

  • Exhibitors need to be set up by 5:00pm on Friday. Each exhibitor may have his/her spouse or one guest, who is helping with your exhibit for the weekend, attend at no charge. Additional tickets may be ordered for $70 each by March 1st. Payment for additional tickets can be made with the payment for your space or sent to the same address via check, or paid for separately at www.WSVFD.org/exhibitors via the payment button.

  • This event is meant to focus on your work and hopefully results in a profitable evening, there will also be heavy hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, soft drinks and a cash bar.
  • Dress code for preview night is coat and tie for men and appropriate attire for ladies.

  • We understand that not all exhibitors may be able to be with us on Friday night. It is very important that you indicate on your registration if you will or will not be attending. It is also important that if your plans for preview night change after sending your paperwork in that we know about it ASAP. We will be using empty spaces on Friday night for food stations so this information is important to prevent you from arriving at the last minute to see your space occupied by food or vice versa a last minute cancellation results in an empty space which doesn't look good. You have friends or customers you would like us to send invitations to for preview night please send us their name(s) and contact information by January 15th.

  • Acknowledgement

  • Please note that if payment for the vendor space or additional preview night tickets (if applicable) are not received within 30 days, we will consider this you forfeiting your reserved space.
