Parking Reimbursement/Passes - Local/Non-Host Hotel Lodging: The Cluster will reimburse your show site parking expense at $7.36/day (pre-event discount fee) for your assigned judging days. Discounted parking passes will be available for online purchase beginning _____________ through the Arizona Exposition and State Fair vendor Etix at https://heartofthedesertclassic.org/parking/.
Lodging: HODC judges are reimbursed for the night before your first scheduled assignment through one night after your last scheduled assignment at the host hotel rate. Unless contracted separately with the HODC, Group Show and Independent Specialty judges are not reimbursed by HODC.

Transportation From Show Site to Host Hotel and Vice Versa: The Cluster provides shuttle bus transportation from the host hotel to the show site each morning around 7:00 am and back to the host hotel each evening around 6:00 pm...Exact shuttle departure times will be sent to you as we get closer to show dates. You must register for each day shuttle transportation is needed.
