Show off your New Products!
Submit your new products to be featured individually on our Congress website, accompanied by your company name, booth #, and link to your exhibitor profile on the floor plan. Selected products will also be highlighted on our social media channels in the lead-up to the show for additional exposure. If featured, we'll be sure to tag your company in the post.
Some products will also be featured in the "New Products" issue of our Landscape Trades magazine which is circulated Canada wide. If selected, you may be contacted by a member of our communications team for additional information regarding the product.
Product Image that is submitted for the showcase MUST be a high resolution PNG or JPEG. 1080 x 1080 is preferred for proper display formatting.
Forms MUST be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
** By uploading your information and images, you grant Landscape Ontario and its publications (in all forms) permission to publish them to promote your products or their appearance at Congress 2027.
The New Product Showcase is FREE and available ONLY to Congress 2027 exhibitors.
Submission Requirements:
- Must be a new product introduced within the past six months
- Must be available for sale in Canada by Spring 2027
- PNG or JPEG format
- 1080 x 1080 resolution
- Maximum of five submission per exhibitor
Please note all items featured must be on display in your booth. There will be no products on display at an onsite showcase. They will be directed to your booth.
