By registering for a River Clay Studio workshop, class, or event, participants acknowledge that pottery and clay activities may involve the use of tools, paints, glazes, and other art materials that can cause minor injury, staining, or irritation if used improperly. Participants choose to participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for themselves and any children attending under their care.
Parents or guardians are required to remain responsible for supervising children during workshops unless otherwise stated. River Clay Studio strives to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants and asks that everyone engage respectfully with instructors, materials, the space, and one another.
Participants understand that completed projects, particularly air-dry and ceramic pieces, are handmade and may be fragile, crack, or break during the creation, drying, firing, or transport process. While every effort will be made to care for artwork, River Clay Studio cannot guarantee outcomes or be held responsible for accidental damage or breakage.
By attending, participants also grant permission for River Clay Studio to photograph workshops and artwork for promotional and social media purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
Participation in any River Clay Studio workshop or event indicates acceptance of these terms.
