North Fork to LMR | 7 miles | Intermediate
This point-to-point hike follows the Gallatin Range through shaded forest, open meadows, and peaceful creekside terrain. This hike kicks off with a steady uphill climb of about 600ft, transitions into a short but fairly steep section of descending switchbacks, and ends with a long and gentle downhill stretch. You will gain about 900 – 1,300 feet of elevation overall. We’ll celebrate this hike with lunch and cold refreshments at Lone Mountain Ranch before getting a shuttle back to YC. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on this hike.
