Lex’s Kitchen Pasta Bar Wedding Order Form
Order from our Wedding pasta bar catering menu using the package options and menu selections shown on the flyer. Fill in your guest count, event details, and contact information, then choose menu items according to your selected package. A deposit is required to secure your order. A catering contract must be signed. We will respond within 24-48 hours. Order is not confirmed until we contact you, deposit is paid & contract is signed. Deposit varies based on Wedding date. Pricing doesn't include travel & taxes. Payments accepted: Zelle, PayPal, QuickBooks Pay link for all credit & Debit cards, and ACH Payments. PayPal & QuickBooks incur a 4% Processing fee. Deposit is due upon confirmation of your order.
