Nature of Service
Permanent Jewellery is custom-fit jewellery that is welded closed without a clasp. I understand that the welding process involves the use of a small electrical spark to join the chain.
Risks & Acknowledgement
I understand that although every precaution is taken to ensure safey, there are inherent risks associated with permanent jewllery services, including but not limited to:
- Minor burns or skin irritation
- Allergic reactions to metals
- Breakage, stretching or tarnishing of jewellery over time
- Snagging on clothing or objects
- Discomfort due to swelling or improper fit
I comfirm that:
- I do not have any medical conditions that would make this unsafe
- I am not wearing a pacemaker or any other medical device that could be affected by the welding process
Jewellery Care
I understand that proper care is my responsibility after the appointment. Permanent Jewellery may need to be removed for:
- Medical procedures (MRI, Surgery, etc)
- Airport/security requirments
- Sports, physical activity or workplace safety regulations
I understand that the jewellery can break due to everyday wear & tear, & breakage is not considered a defect.
Liability Waiver
I release & hold Byoodebar / Laneydidit & all employees, contractors & affiliates from any liability, claims, damage, or injuries that my arise from receiving permanent jewellery services.
I understand all sales are final once jewellery have been custom fit & welded.
