- As part of the application process, we ask that applicants provide photographs of themselves along with a letter of thank you directed to the sponsors & donors of the scholarship program.
  
  PHOTOGRAPHS:
  
  Please provide a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 photographs of yourself at Sea Base. These photos can be on the grounds or on the water, posed or candid of you performing your duties and having fun. Photos must be clear and show your face, and photos should be either of only you, or should prominently feature you as the main subject. If you need additional photographs for submission, please talk with the base photographer or your supervisor to assist. Photos will NOT be provided to the committee who determines the scholarship recipients, and will NOT influence the selection of winners. By submitting an application, you give SBAFA permission to use your submitted photographs in promotional materials & announcements, and to publish them on the SBAFA website and social media.

Some suggestions for topics to write about include summarizing your time in the Florida Keys & at Sea Base so far, the impact which Sea Base has had on you, and how your experiences may go on to benefit your future career and life.
