    Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

    Event: Nature Retreat  •  Dates: October 9–11, 2026  •  Location: Camp Cullen • Organizer: Pillars by Hamd

    1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

    I understand that participation in outdoor and camping activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: hiking, campfires, wildlife encounters, transportation, exposure to weather conditions, and other potential hazards that could result in injury, illness, or property damage.

    I voluntarily choose to participate in this retreat and assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, and regardless of cause.

    2. Release and Waiver of Liability

    In consideration of being allowed to participate in the retreat, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pillars by Hamd, its leaders, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or in connection with this event.

    This release applies to all activities associated with the retreat, including travel to and from the event location.

    3. Medical Treatment Consent

    In the event of an emergency, I authorize Pillars by Hamd and its representatives to obtain or provide medical treatment for me if deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

    4. Personal Property

    I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that Pillars by Hamd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

    5. Refund Policy

    I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable. In the event I am unable to attend, I acknowledge that no refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.

    6. Code of Conduct

    I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers and the camp. I understand that failure to do so may result in my dismissal from the event without refund.

    7. Acknowledgment of Understanding

    I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Pillars by Hamd for any injury or damages that may result from my participation.

    Early Bird Price: $235 Regular Price: $265 Register by August 15, 2026 to be eligible for the early bird price. After August 15th you will have to pay the full price. All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations and no-shows.
