    Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

    Event: Nature Retreat  •  Dates: October 9–11, 2026  •  Location: Camp Cullen • Organizer: Pillars by Hamd

    1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in outdoor and camping activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: hiking, campfires, wildlife encounters, transportation, exposure to weather conditions, and other potential hazards that could result in injury, illness, or property damage.

    I voluntarily choose to participate in this retreat, and register the attendees listed on this form to participate, and assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, and regardless of cause, on behalf of myself and each attendee listed.

    2. Release and Waiver of Liability
    In consideration of myself and the attendees listed on this form being allowed to participate in the retreat, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pillars by Hamd, its leaders, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or in connection with this event, on behalf of myself and each attendee listed.

    This release applies to all activities associated with the retreat, including travel to and from the event location.

    3. Medical Treatment Consent
    In the event of an emergency involving myself or any attendee listed on this form, I authorize Pillars by Hamd and its representatives to obtain or provide medical treatment as deemed necessary. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment for myself or any listed attendee.

    4. Personal Property
    I understand that myself and each attendee listed on this form are responsible for their own personal belongings, and that Pillars by Hamd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

    5. Refund Policy
    I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable. In the event that I or any attendee listed on this form is unable to attend, I acknowledge that no refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.

    6. Code of Conduct
    I agree, on behalf of myself and each attendee listed on this form, to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers and the camp. I understand that failure to do so may result in dismissal from the event without refund.

    7. Acknowledgment of Understanding
    I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily on behalf of myself and all attendees listed on this form. I confirm that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the individuals listed above. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights on behalf of myself and those attendees, including the right to sue Pillars by Hamd for any injury or damages that may result from participation in this event.

    Regular Price: $265 The following discounts will apply to group registrations: Group of 2 - 5% off total Group of 3 - 7% off total, Group of 4 - 10% off total. All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations and no-shows.
