PAYMENT
Cash or credit card payment is accepted. I also take Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay and CashApp. Full payment of ____$25.00____ should be completed on the day of service.
DEPOSIT
A deposit fee of _____$5.00_______ is required upon signing this contract. Kindly be aware that it is non-refundable.
SERVICE PREPARATION
Kindly have your hair clean and detangled before the service. I recommended washing the night before or the morning of if you have normal to dry hair. Please do not come with wet hair.
PHOTOS & VIDEO
I authorize this stylist to use my photos and videos on their website, social media, or in advertisements.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Service cancellation should be requested 24 hours before the reserved date. If the request to cancel is made after this, a full amount will still be charged to the client. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the service and will require full payment to secure any future appointments.
If the salon or stylist cannot perform the tasks and responsibilities for the upcoming appointment for valid reasons such as an emergency or salon closure, then a full refund will be processed.
LATE POLICY
I understand accidents happen and we live in a very busy city which can impact travel times. Please allot appropriate travel time and arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment as I cannot accommodate you with 30 minute time slots. Everyone's time is valuable and pushing back clients will affect my whole schedule.
GUEST POLICY
No extra guests unless approved beforehand due to the space.
INDEMNIFICATION
The client agrees to defend and hold harmless the salon/stylists and its employees for any injury, liability, damage to property, or claims to the actions of the client.
