Location: Midtown Atlanta, Georgia — In Person

Training (Required for Monthy Contracts Only):
Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Approximately 2–8 training hours per day

Founded by wig maker Ty Rochelle, TR Collection is a wig brand specializing in handcrafted, ready-to-wear wigs for women who value confidence, convenience, and exceptional craftsmanship.

As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our in-house production team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in precision, consistency, quality, and professional growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Throughout the program, participants will receive hands-on training while being evaluated on craftsmanship, coachability, consistency, professionalism, attendance, teamwork, and production speed.

At the conclusion of the program, selected candidates may be offered a 3-month Independent Contractor Agreement with opportunities for renewal based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicants may be trained to assist with:

- Wig construction
- Wig customization
- Lace customization
- Bleaching knots
- Plucking hairlines
- Coloring and toning
- Cutting, layering, and shaping
- Styling and finishing
- Quality-control inspections
- Inventory preparation
- Packaging customer orders
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Following TR Collection production standards
- Assisting with daily and weekly production goals

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred candidates should have:

- Two or more years of wig or hairstyling experience
- An understanding of HD lace and raw or virgin hair
- The ability to create precise curls, crimps, straight styles, layers, and finished looks
- Reliable transportation to Midtown Atlanta
- A strong work ethic and close attention to detail
- The ability to accept direction and constructive feedback
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfort repeating the same processes consistently
- A willingness to learn and follow TR Collection’s production methods
- The ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong time-management skills
- The ability to work well with a team
