Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a block party presented by NeighborWorks Umpqua set to take place in historic downtown Roseburg. The Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a one-day event to experience much of what Roseburg has to offer in art, music, makers, food, drink, and family fun. Blocktober Fest takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11am –6pm. This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome.

Where: Historic Downtown Roseburg, OR (vendor spaces on Jackson and Main Streets from Lane to Douglas)
Attractions: Live music, family entertainment, beer and wine garden, local food, local artisan vendors, community partner vendors and activities.
Vendor Fee & Payment Structure: Alcohol vendors
There is no upfront vendor fee required to participate as a Beer, Wine, or Cider vendor at Blocktober Fest. In lieu of a booth fee, vendors operate under a revenue-sharing agreement in which all sales are split evenly. 50% of gross sales are retained by the vendor, and 50% are remitted to NeighborWorks Umpqua. Blocktober Fest operates on a token-based payment system: event patrons purchase a commemorative Event cup and tokens at designated Blocktober Fest token booths, and those tokens are then used exclusively to purchase alcoholic beverages from participating vendors. No cash transactions for alcohol are conducted at the point of sale. Token reconciliation at the close of the event will be used to calculate total sales and determine each vendor's final payout.
NeighborWorks Umpqua is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization. All payments are classified as donations and will be receipted with NeighborWorks Umpqua's EIN. All in-kind donations must have good faith estimates of value.
