Participants in the County of Union program, Hair-itage Workshop: The CROWN Act, recognize that participation in the program is solely at the choosing of the undersigned.Other than acts on the part of the County of Union which, if proven in an appropriate court of law, are tantamount to gross negligence, participants hereby agree to hold the County of Union harmless from any and all damage resulting to person and/or property from participation in the Hair-itage Workshop: The CROWN Act, and hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the County of Union, its servants, agents, and/or employees from any and all such claims.
