Every day, unknown substances including aluminum, barium, and other heavy metals are being sprayed across our skies. What goes up must come down. And it's landing on our fields, our lakes, our children.

The law agrees.
Illinois already has statutes on the books that should apply:
🌍Aggravated Battery (720 ILCS 5/12-37): Knowingly administering poison or harmful substances to another person without consent is a felony and can be elevated based on severity.
🌍Adulterated Food/Drugs statutes: Knowingly placing harmful substances in food, drink, or medicine intended for human consumption is criminal tampering.
These laws were written to protect people from being poisoned. They should be enforced against those poisoning our skies and our food supply.
We are calling on the State of Illinois to:
✅ Outlaw weather manipulation and atmospheric spraying as a felony
✅ Mandate a minimum of 5 years imprisonment for violations
✅ Classify the release of toxic metals and chemicals into the environment as a criminal offense
