3 Rivers Trail Launch/40th St Bridge

Join Allegheny Cleanways and Gay for Good on a cleanup of the Allegheny River!  We will be meeting at the 3 Rivers Trail Launch under the 40th St Bridge at 10am on Saturday, June 6th. We will boat to a cleanup site on the Allegheny River and drop volunteers back at the launch site at 1pm.

All volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes or boots and long pants. Long sleeves, a jacket and a hat are encouraged to protect from poison ivy, ticks, and cold/rainy weather. Please be advised these cleanups are messy. Bring extra clothing as you may want to add layers, loose layers or change after the cleanup. We will provide work gloves and all other necessary tools and materials. Please be sure to bring your filled reusable water bottle!

*NOTE: Cleanups may end early or be canceled for inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Volunteers will receive an email by 8:00am the day of the cleanup.
