Use this form to notify us of an office transfer or change in license status so we can update your membership records accordingly.

This form should only be used for office changes. If a REALTOR® member is transferring to a different Association/Board, please submit a membership application directly with the new Association/Board of REALTORS® instead of completing this form.

Please Note:

If you transfer to a brokerage that is not a member of Cobb REALTORS®, you will be required to transfer your membership to the brokerage’s designated local Association.

If you transfer to a brokerage that is not a REALTOR® member brokerage, you will not be eligible to maintain active REALTOR® membership status.
