    💲 Pricing

    General Notarization — $45 Includes 1 notarized signature and mobile travel within 10 miles of St. Robert City Hall. Perfect for affidavits, consent forms, vehicle titles, and other simple documents.

    Additional Notarizations — $5 each For extra signatures notarized during the same appointment.

    Extended Travel Fee — applies to locations beyond 10 miles of St. Robert City Hall (calculated based on your location)

    Weekend & Holiday Appointments — starting at $70

    After-Hours Appointments (after 8PM, by request only) — $100 + standard notarization fees

    Your exact total will be calculated based on the number of notarizations, travel distance, and any applicable fees. You will receive an itemized invoice before anything is charged.

     

     

    How Booking Works

    Fill out this form — it covers everything I need to prepare for your appointment and calculate your quote.

    You will be asked to select your preferred appointment date and time. You may also list 1–2 backup dates and times in the Additional Information box at the end.

    I'll reach out to confirm — once I receive your form, I will personally contact you to confirm your appointment date and time before anything is sent or charged.

    Receive your invoice — after we confirm the details together, I'll send you an itemized invoice with your total.

    Pay to confirm — your appointment is not confirmed until your invoice is paid in full.

    ⚠️ Please Note: Filling out this form and selecting an appointment time does not book your appointment. You may receive an automated notification from our scheduling system, but that is not a confirmation.     Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
