The listed parties accept and agree to be bound by the attached Terms and Conditions governing the purchase and sales of the puppy. This agreement is made by and between LOVE TALLULAH SHEEPADOODLES (LTS) and THE BUYER. Deposit, Purchase Price All deposits and sales are Non-Refundable. Although the puppy may be returned all monies are non-refundable. If a deposit has been made, THE BUYER, acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy if THE BUYER fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason or if THE BUYER fails to pay the balance of the puppy by 48 hours before Adoption Day. In the event that the puppy is not available due to sickness, death or any other circumstance owing to the fault of LTS, THE BUYERS deposit will be returned in full. Warranties LTS warrants that the puppy is a Sheepadoodle. The puppy is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of this sale. THE BUYER has 5 days from the date of this contract to have the puppy examined by a licensed vet. If the puppy fails the examination, THE BUYER may return the puppy with a written statement from the vet for a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy only. Vet fees will not be reimbursed. If THE BUYER chooses to keep the puppy no replacement or refund will be given. This health guarantee will become null and void. This guarantee does not cover: parvovirus, Distemper or Hepatitis, parasites, allergies, undescended testicles, loose knees or hips, umbilical hernia or dermatitis. LTS does not guarantee the coat color or adult weight of the puppy. This contract warranties any congenital defects for a period of 1 year. Buyer must provide written proof from Vet that the puppy has been diagnosed with a congenital defect for full refund. Buyers Obligation If for any reason THE BUYER wishes to no longer keep the puppy, THE BUYER will give LTS the opportunity to take the puppy back free of charge. LTS sells puppies as pets only. No breeding rights are provided. This agreement represents the entire agreement between LTS and THE BUYER. Both parties have made no other agreements or warranties unless stated in this contract.
