This form covers the full application and expectations for our annual Summer Open Call: NOT YET! Please read the form in it's entirety, and reach out directly with any questions you have. 

We're inviting artists to submit original artwork exploring the theme “2026” and how we’re halfway through the year. Whether it be a reflection, prediction, question, warning, hope, memory, or vision connected to the months before or remaining. What has 2026 meant to you, and/or what remains? A cultural shift or milestone? A future imagined through abstraction, narrative, technology, environment, identity, or place?

NOT YET! is intentionally open-ended, and all visual art mediums are welcome. We encourage artists to interpret this theme expansively and creatively. 8-12 artists will be featured in a curated, online exhibition of small-format works on our website and Artsy, and 3-6 artists will be invited to exhibit with us during Affordable Art Fair NY.

Important Dates
Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 2nd   
Artist Notifications: Friday, August 7th
Exhibition Dates: August 14th – September 14th
Art Fair Inclusion Announcement: September 1st
Affordable Art Fair NY: September 16th – 20th

Practical Information
2D work is not to exceed 26x20 Inches Framed.
3D work is not to exceed 12x12x12 Inches.
Work should have been created somewhat recently, preferably between 2020-2026.

Sales Breakdown:

Artist: 50% | Nonprofit: 30% | treat gallery: 20%

All discounts (which will not exceed 20% without permission of the artist) will be absorbed by treat gallery. Artists receive 50% of the sale no matter what.

Please share up to five images of your work for consideration; 1000px on the longest side is the ideal submission size. If the work is framed, please include the framed price in the final price, and the framed size in the dimensions.

If the work is editioned, please use the appropriate box to notate details.
