By signing this document, I hereby give, donate, and convey to the State of Delaware, Department of State, Delaware Public Archives, and the State of Delaware, Delaware State Parks, First State Heritage Park, any and all rights and ownership in their entirety, including all literary and property rights, to publish, duplicate, edit, dispose and/or otherwise use all audio and/or video recordings, images, and transcripts of the interview stated below.
