  • By signing this document, I hereby give, donate, and convey to the State of Delaware, Department of State, Delaware Public Archives, and the State of Delaware, Delaware State Parks, First State Heritage Park, any and all rights and ownership in their entirety, including all literary and property rights, to publish, duplicate, edit, dispose and/or otherwise use all audio and/or video recordings, images, and transcripts of the interview stated below. This donation and conveyance to the State icludes the rights to publish, duplicate, edit or otherwise use in print and electronic form, such as but not limited to placement on the Internet/Web for access by that medium, and permission to make digital copies of the material as the State, in its discretion, determines. I hereby release and waive all claims, actions, damages, costs, or fees against the State, its directors, officers, or employees, for myself and my successors and heirs that may arise, directly or indirectly, from this donation and conveyance and the State's use of the interview.
