2026 20 Under 40- Application

AWARD ELIGIBILITY: Primary ORRA REALTOR® members who are also active members of YPN and will be under the age of 40 as of September 17, 2026. Finally, all applicants must be available to accept their award in person on September 17th, 2026.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Please complete the provided form with detailed and thoughtful responses, as judges will evaluate applications solely based on the information provided. The 20 Under 40 Awards are based on scores assigned in the following categories: Innovation, Professional Development, Community Service, Professionalism, and Leadership. Applicants are also required to upload a Bio and Headshot at the time of applying.

The deadline for submissions is August 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST). Late entries will not be accepted.

Honorees will be featured on ORRA and YPN social media platforms.
