一、競賽分組與賽事規則
Competition Rules & Grouping Policy
กฎการแข่งขันและการจัดกลุ่มผู้เข้าแข่งขัน
• 每組參賽上限為 32 人。
Maximum 32 riders per category.
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันสูงสุด 32 คนต่อรุ่นการแข่งขัน
• 同歲組報名滿 32 人時，將分為 A／B 組。
If a category exceeds 32 riders, it will be divided into Group A and Group B.
หากมีผู้สมัครเกิน 32 คนในรุ่นเดียวกัน จะถูกแบ่งเป็นกลุ่ม A และ B
• 分組將依「出生日期」與「完成報名繳費順序」綜合安排。
Grouping will be arranged based on date of birth and registration/payment completion order.
การจัดกลุ่มจะพิจารณาจากวันเดือนปีเกิดและลำดับการสมัครพร้อมชำระเงิน
• 若遇相同生日，將以完成報名繳費時間排序。
If riders share the same birthdate, priority will be determined by payment completion time.
หากวันเกิดตรงกัน จะเรียงลำดับตามเวลาที่ชำระเงินสำเร็จ
• 比賽分組以賽事日期計算年齡。
Rider age is determined based on the official race date.
อายุของผู้เข้าแข่งขันจะคำนวณตามวันแข่งขัน
• 比賽當天生日之選手，不另行升組。
Riders whose birthday falls on race day will remain in their original age category.
ผู้ที่มีวันเกิดตรงกับวันแข่งขันจะยังคงแข่งขันในรุ่นเดิม
• 選手須完成報到程序後方可參賽，比賽將依流程進行，恕不等待。
All riders must complete check-in before participating. The race schedule will proceed as planned without delay.

• 報名資料須正確無誤，如經查資格不符、冒名參賽或提供不實資料，主辦單位有權取消資格並追回獎項。
Registration information must be accurate. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant providing false information or competing under another person's identity, and to revoke awards if necessary.
ข้อมูลการสมัครต้องถูกต้อง หากตรวจพบข้อมูลเท็จ การสวมสิทธิ์ หรือคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้อง ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตัดสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนรางวัล
• 參賽者須遵守主辦單位公告之賽事規則。
All participants must follow the rules and regulations announced by the organizer.

• 主辦單位保有賽事流程、分組及規則之最終調整與解釋權。
The organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding race procedures, grouping, and rule interpretation.

二、安全與責任聲明
Safety & Liability
ความปลอดภัยและความรับผิดชอบ
• 活動全程須配戴安全帽及相關護具，未配戴者不得參賽。
Helmets and appropriate protective gear must be worn at all times. Riders without proper safety equipment will not be allowed to compete.
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันต้องสวมหมวกนิรภัยและอุปกรณ์ป้องกันตลอดการแข่งขัน ผู้ที่ไม่สวมอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนจะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้แข่งขัน
• 若選手因情緒、身體狀況或其他因素無法完成比賽，主辦單位與裁判得依現場安全判斷協助退場或終止比賽。
If a rider is unable to continue due to physical condition, emotional distress, or other safety concerns, officials may stop the race or assist the rider off the course.
หากผู้เข้าแข่งขันไม่สามารถแข่งขันต่อได้เนื่องจากสภาพร่างกาย อารมณ์ หรือเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัย ผู้ตัดสินและผู้จัดงานสามารถยุติการแข่งขันหรือช่วยนำออกจากสนามได้
• 比賽進行中如有影響安全、秩序或運動精神之行為，主辦單位有權取消參賽資格。
Any behavior that endangers safety, disrupts race order, or violates sportsmanship may result in disqualification.
หากมีพฤติกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัย ความเป็นระเบียบ หรือขัดต่อจิตวิญญาณของกีฬา ผู้จัดงานมีสิทธิ์ตัดสิทธิ์การแข่งขัน
• 主辦單位已投保公共意外責任險。
The organizer has secured public liability insurance for the event.
ผู้จัดงานได้จัดทำประกันความรับผิดต่อบุคคลภายนอกสำหรับกิจกรรมนี้
• 若參賽者身心狀況不佳仍執意參賽，其衍生風險與責任由參賽者及監護人自行承擔。
Participants who choose to compete despite health concerns do so at their own risk, and all responsibility rests with the rider and guardian.
หากผู้เข้าแข่งขันมีสภาพร่างกายหรือจิตใจไม่พร้อมแต่ยังยืนยันเข้าร่วม ความเสี่ยงและความรับผิดชอบทั้งหมดเป็นของผู้เข้าแข่งขันและผู้ปกครอง
• 個人物品請自行妥善保管，如有遺失或損壞，主辦單位概不負責。
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not liable for loss or damage.
กรุณาดูแลทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวของท่านเอง ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหายหรือความเสียหายใด ๆ
