Welcome! The Flourishing Table is a faith-centered restorative community for mothers seeking intentional space for reflection, connection, wellness, and personal restoration. This experience is intentionally intimate and limited to 12 women per cohort in order to foster emotional safety, meaningful connection, and depth within the group. This is not a therapy group, The Flourishing Table is a community-centered coaching and wellness experience focused on intentional motherhood, identity, restoration, and holistic well-being. Please take your time as you complete this application. The Flourishing Table includes intentional group connection, reflective discussion, wellness practices, and community engagement. What about this experience feels most meaningful or supportive to you?

Because this is an intentionally intimate cohort experience, participation involves consistent engagement when possible. Are you able to commit to: Two monthly Zoom gatherings; One monthly in-person gathering; Respectful participation within the community; Maintaining confidentiality and emotional safety within the group?

Because The Flourishing Table is intentionally intimate and limited to 12 women per cohort, accepted applicants will be asked to confirm their participation within 72 hours of receiving their invitation by submitting either full payment or the first monthly installment. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the space may be released and offered to another applicant in order to honor the flow and preparation of the cohort experience. Please note: selecting the monthly payment option reflects a commitment to the full 12-week seasonal cohort experience and all scheduled payments associated with your selected plan.
