Every year She Runs It celebrates professionals who brilliantly navigate the complex responsibilities of business, leadership, advocacy, and motherhood. These admirable, multitasking moms serve as strong role models and mentors to others, inspiring their coworkers, families and communities with their talent and tenacity.
Honorees will be selected in the following categories:
New-to-Motherhood Moms - New-to-Motherhood Moms are working mothers whose oldest child is 6 or younger. These women achieve balance in their lives and are strong role models for their associates at work and their children at their homes. While they are new to motherhood, they are successful professionals who are striving to redefine Work-Life balance through their innovative approach to careers and family.
Established Moms - Established Moms are working mothers who have attained significant success in both family and career. Their oldest child is between the ages of 7 and 17. These women have been positive influences and strong role models at work and at home. They thrive on their busy lives and have positively impacted other working mothers with their skills at striving for work-life balance.
Trailblazer Moms - Trailblazer Moms are the pioneers of working motherhood. These women, whose oldest child is 18 or older, paved the way for the current generation of working mothers. These pioneers began combining work and family at least 18 years ago and held leadership positions in our industry while raising their children. They are known for their desire to mentor those around them and for their contributions to their own communities.

Please note, our ability to celebrate exceptional leaders depends on us bringing the community together around them. If your nominee is selected for this honor, we will rely on you and/or members of her team to help us identify friends, colleagues, clients, and allies who may want to join us in the room through tables and ticket purchases. We will not need or ask you to do outreach, just help us create the necessary outreach lists.
If your nominee is selected, they must be able to attend the Awards in person in NYC on February 25, 2027.
