    As a KR D+P Senior Rep, you are representing a professional photography brand throughout your senior year. These expectations help create a fun, successful, and rewarding experience for both you and the entire rep team.

    Photography Exclusivity
    • Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography (KR D+P) will be your exclusive senior photographer throughout your rep year.
    • School-sponsored photography, sports photography, dance team photography, and yearbook photos are excluded.

    Social Media Participation
    • Follow KR D+P on social media platforms.
    • Share posts and photos you are tagged in to your stories whenever possible.
    • Post your senior images regularly throughout the year and tag KR D+P.
    • Engage with KR D+P content through likes, comments, shares, and interactions.

    Promotion & Word of Mouth
    • Share your KR D+P experience with friends, family, classmates, and your community.
    • Recommend KR D+P to fellow seniors who may be interested in booking senior portraits.
    • Help spread awareness of the Senior Rep Program and encourage future seniors to apply.

    Communication & Participation
    • Maintain consistent communication through text, email, and group messaging.
    • Participate in group sessions, styled shoots, and team activities when scheduled.
    • Engage with fellow reps and contribute positively to team conversations and planning.

    Model Release & Marketing
    • Grant permission for KR D+P to use your images for social media, website content, marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional purposes.
    • Understand that your photos may be featured to help showcase the KR D+P Senior Experience.

    Brand Representative Role
    Being a KR D+P Senior Rep means serving as a representative of a small business that values authenticity, kindness, and community. You are not expected to make sales pitches or pressure others to book sessions. Simply share your experience, post your photos, and represent the KR D+P brand in a genuine and positive way. Your excitement and enthusiasm help others discover the experience for themselves.

    Commitment Acknowledgement
    By applying, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these expectations. If selected, both you and a parent/guardian will be required to review and sign an official Senior Rep Contract before participation begins. Submission of the application does not guarantee selection and does not serve as the official contract for the KR D+P Senior Rep Program.

    By clicking submit, I understand if I am chosen as a KR D+P Senior Rep, I will be required to use Kaitlin Rose Designs + Photography as my senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the senior rep program.

    I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Smallwood Photography and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the senior rep program.

    In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of $600.00 total. I understand that $150.00 (25%) is due at the time of signing the contract (if chosen to be a senior rep) and the rest will be due at before the last session is booked.
