Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2026 Ox Roast Festival. Our event has been held for over 60 years at our facility in Riggles Gap. The event has always been a public event for families to enjoy the outdoors, shooting events and great food. 

This event is scheduled on the Sunday and Monday of Labor day which will be September 6th and September 7th of 2026. We suggest you be set up between 10AM and 5PM on each day. Saturday can be used to set up your 10X10 space. 

This outside area is limited.  No shelter or electricity will be provided.

Cost is $15.00 per day or $20.00 for 2 days.

You will have a 10X10 grass space to do what you want with. No tables provided.

All applications will be reviewed and could be rejected for any reason.

When it is reviewed and approved, an invoice will be sent via our Square Register Listed as Blair County Game, Fish and Forestry. We will hold your spot for 24hrs from the time we send the invoice. Payment will secure the spot. (We will only accept 1 rep from each direct sales company, first come, first served). Payments are non-refundable.
