Tell us why the object(s) need to be conserved - i.e., why are they significant to your organization; how will they be better utilized after conservation, etc.
If you have received a conservation treatment estimate for the object(s) in the past, please let us know how much you were quoted:
If my organization is selected to be a partner in this grant proposal, I understand that we agree to act as a host site for a workshop for our own staff/volunteers which will be open to others from the surrounding museum/history community. Expenses for the workshop would be covered through the grant and not encumbered by your organization. The workshop will discuss the conservation of the object(s) as well as specific collection care, post-conservation. Your organization will be required to provide an in-kind match for the grant and GHHN will work with you to determine this amount.
I agree
If my organization is selected to be a partner in this grant proposal, I agree that I will be able to supply to GHHN by 5 PM on Tuesday, June 9: 1. a letter of consent on my organization's letterhead stating that my organization allows the conservation treatment work to be done by an AIC conservator, facilitated by GHHN, and 2. a letter of support for the project on my organization's letterhead. GHHN will provide a template letter for both.
